Grow within. Connect beyond.

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re navigating a new chapter in life—whether through transition, reflection, or rediscovery—I offer a space where your sexual wellness is honored, your voice is heard, and your desires are respected.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of sexual wellness, I specialize in helping people cultivate deeper intimacy, emotional connection, and sexual pleasure. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and create a path toward the relationships and experiences you truly want.

Many of us were taught to stay silent about our bodies and desires. But I believe sexual expression is a natural, life-affirming part of who we are. You deserve to feel empowered, not ashamed.

In our work, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore, learn, and grow. I bring a sex-positive, trauma-informed, feminist lens to our sessions, and I affirm diverse identities and relationship styles—including kink, polyamory, and LGBTQ+ experiences.

We’ll tailor our approach to your needs, drawing from modalities like CBT, Mindfulness, IFS, EMDR, Gottman Method, Somatic approaches, Sensate Focus, and more. Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, practical skills, or expert guidance, I’m here to support you.

This is your space to reconnect—with yourself, your body, and your desires.

Let’s begin.

What is Sex Therapy?

Sex is a natural part of life—but for many people, it’s also a source of confusion, shame, or silence. You may be facing challenges in your intimate life and wondering if things could feel better, safer, or more fulfilling. The answer is yes—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

What Can Sex Therapy Help With?

You might seek sex therapy for a variety of reasons, including:

Low desire or mismatched desire in relationships

Exploring kink, polyamory, or new relationship styles

Painful intercourse or sexual function concerns

Body image or sexual self-esteem concerns

Healing from sexual trauma

Navigating life transitions—like post-pregnancy, menopause, or medical diagnoses

Rebuilding intimacy after infidelity

Understanding your gender or sexual identity

Whether you’re working individually or within your relationship, we’ll collaborate to understand your goals and create a personalized approach that supports your emotional and sexual wellness.

In our work, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore, learn, and grow.

What Does Sex Therapy Look Like?

Our sessions may include:

  • Information gathering and curious conversations

  • Psychoeducation about sex, bodies, and communication

  • Mindfulness and embodiment techniques

  • Talk therapy and guided reflection

  • Homework like guided touch exercises, intentional conversations, or date night planning

I may also recommend a medical evaluation if physical concerns are part of your experience, ensuring your care is comprehensive and well-informed.

Choosing a Qualified Sex Therapist

Not all therapists are trained in sexual health. I recommend working with someone affiliated with AASECT—The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. Certified Sex Therapists have advanced degrees, professional licenses, and extensive training and supervised experience in human sexuality and sex therapy techniques.

Before choosing a therapist, explore their website and social media to see if their approach resonates with you.
